چکیده

Nucleic acid sensor based on polyaniline has been fabricated by covalently immobilizing double stranded calf thymus (dsCT) DNA onto perchlorate (ClO4 ) doped polyaniline (PANI) film deposited onto indium-tin-oxide (ITO) glass plate using 1-(3-(dimethylamino) propyl)3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC)/N-hydroxyl succinimide (NHS) chemistry. These dsCT-DNA-PANI/ITO and PANI/ITO electrodes have been characterized using square wave voltammetry, electrochemical impedance, and Fourier-transform-infra-red (FTIR) measurements. This disposable dsCT-DNA-PANI/ITO bioelectrode is stable for about four months, can be used to detect arsenic trioxide (0.1 ppm) in 30 s. key words: nucleic acid sensor, electrochemical, polyaniline, perchlorate, arsenic trioxide

Fabrication of 1, 1-Dimethylhydrazine Gas sensor Based on Nano Structure Conducting Polyaniline

Determination of 1, 1-dimethylhydrazine (DMH) in air is carried out by spectrophotometry, GC or HPLC analysis, but in this study DMH was analyzed by a gas sensor based on nanostructure conducting polyaniline. Determination of DMH has been done very simplely and quickly in recent work. Electrically conductive fibers have been prepared by polymerization of aniline on surfaces of commercial polyme...

An aptasensor based on electrosynthesized conducting polymers, Cu2O–carbon dots and biosynthesized gold nanoparticles, for monitoring carcinoembryonic antigen

Current work proposes an inimitable composite, with great electrical conductivity and quite enhanced surface area, (including conducting polymers (poly (cathechol)), Cu2O–carbon dots and green synthesized gold nanoparticles) for detecting acute carcinoembryonic antigen. At current work, the electropolymerization was offered instead of enzyme-catalyzed polymerization of poly (catechol). <b...

Utilizing Intrinsic Properties of Polyaniline to Detect Nucleic Acid Hybridization through UV-Enhanced Electrostatic Interaction.

Detection of specific RNA or DNA molecules by hybridization to "probe" nucleic acids via complementary base-pairing is a powerful method for analysis of biological systems. Here we describe a strategy for transducing hybridization events through modulating intrinsic properties of the electroconductive polymer polyaniline (PANI). When DNA-based probes electrostatically interact with PANI, its fl...

Conducting Polymer-Based Nanohybrid Transducers: A Potential Route to High Sensitivity and Selectivity Sensors

The development of novel sensing materials provides good opportunities to realize previously unachievable sensor performance. In this review, conducting polymer-based nanohybrids are highlighted as innovative transducers for high-performance chemical and biological sensing devices. Synthetic strategies of the nanohybrids are categorized into four groups: (1) impregnation, followed by reduction;...

Nanobiosensor designing with molecular framework polymer method compared with agent-linked nanosilica biosensor for Staphylococcus aureus exotoxin detection

Considering the ever increasing population and industrialization leading to developmental trend of humankind's life, we are hardly able to detect the toxins produced in food products using traditional techniques. In this technique, the production of molecular framework and polymer is done using meta acrylic acid monomers, which are formed via covalence connection between meta acrylic acid monom...
